Do I need an appointment to try on dresses?

Our large private fitting room is available by appointment only and we recommend booking in advance, particularly if you wish to come in on a Saturday! We do also have a small fitting room downstairs for those who wish to pop in on a Saturday and browse.

 

Should I bring anything with me to my appointment?

Wearing neutral coloured underwear and a strapless bra can really make a difference to how you feel in each dress. We also recommend bringing a pair of heels (preferably neutral coloured) that you feel comfortable in, although we do have shoes in store that you can borrow!

 

Who should I bring with me to my appointment?

We recommend bringing 2-3 people, whose opinions you value the most, to your appointment as it can get confusing and overwhelming with a large group. If you wish to bring a large group we politely ask that you let us know in advance so we can best accommodate you.

 

Can I take photos during my appointment?

Yes, but we kindly ask that photos are not shared on social media.

 

What are the delivery times to your dresses?

Made to order wedding dresses have a 4-5 month lead time and bridesmaid dresses take 12 weeks. We recommend adding an extra 6 - 8 weeks for any alterations that may need to be done. In most cases we can offer rush delivery (extra charges may apply) and even sell dresses off the rail so you could take your dress home the same day!

 

What payment options do you offer?

As standard we require a 50% deposit at the time of ordering and the final balance is due when the dress arrives. We can also offer installments of fixed monthly payments to suit you (your dress will be ordered when the 50% amount is reached).

 

Are alterations included in the price?

Alterations are not included in the price as these can vary depending on the dress and what alterations you require. We have the fabulous Terry Fox on site but you are welcome to take your dress to another seamstress if you wish.
