FAQ

Do I need an appointment to try on your wedding dresses?

Appointments are recommended as we only have one fitting room. However, you are more than welcome to come in to browse without an appointment during our opening hours and try on wedding dresses if our fitting room is free.

What are the delivery times to your dresses?

Made to order wedding dresses have a 4-5 month lead time and we recommend adding an extra 6 - 8 weeks for any alterations that may need to be done. In most cases we can offer rush delivery (extra charges may apply) and our Take Me Home collection is ideal for getting a wedding dress without the wait!

I have seen a dress from a designer you stock but it is not on your website, can I still order it from you?

Yes! We can order any dresses our designers have in their current collections, even if we don’t stock that particular style. Sample dresses can also be loaned from the designer, subject to availability, for a £40 charge. This amount is then deducted from the price of the dress, should you choose to order it from us.

What payment options do you offer?

As standard we require a 50% deposit at the time of ordering and the final balance is due when the dress arrives. We can also offer installments of fixed monthly payments with 0% interest over a maximum period of six months (your dress will be ordered when the 50% amount is reached). We kindly ask that dresses from our ‘Take Me Home’ range be paid for in full.

Do you offer storage for wedding dresses?

Due to limited space we cannot offer long-term dress storage. We will notify you when your dress arrives and kindly ask that you collect your dress no more than 30 days thereafter. If you would rather have your dress arrive in store closer to your wedding day, this can arranged at no extra cost.

Are alterations included in the price?

Alterations are not included in the price as these can vary depending on the dress and what alterations you require. We have the fabulous Terry Fox who comes into the shop once a month for fittings and alterations, or we can recommend local seamstresses to you.
